“I offer my highest 5-star recommendation to Frank, Noe, and his team at Complete Builders. If you are looking for a hands-on owner and team that delivers exceptional quality results, on time, and on budget — bar none, they are the best in the business. I've been in the investment property business for 20+ years and have worked with a myriad of GCs and sub-contractors. I'm a big believer in doing business with people who do what they say they will do, have pride in their results, and offer complete transparency... To find a leader and team that hits on all cylinders is usually a pipe dream. Look no further.”

“This is the third time I've used Complete Builders and I would recommend them 100%. This time we did a bedroom and two bathroom remodel — took everything down to the studs and built it back up from scratch. Frank's estimates and work orders are complete and detailed. The crew shows up on time and does a full day of work before cleaning up every day. Noe is the master lead and kept me informed of any nuances that arose during the build-out. Luis is a master plumber and cleaned up some old plumbing mistakes on this older house. There's nothing Edgar can't do — give him a challenge fitting a cabinet into a small space and he'll excel. And you can't forget Jimmy, whose tile work is impeccable. The glue behind it all is Margaret, the voice of the company — she kept me informed almost daily of where the project stood. Couldn't ask for a better, more well-coordinated crew. Love these guys.”

“Complete Builders Inc. is an outstanding contractor. I have been in the Real Estate business for over 30 years, and the home improvement and repair business and contractors have a horrible reputation. Frank and his staff have restored my feelings and confidence about the industry. CBI has recently completed 2 builds for me, and both were done on time and for the original quote and contract.”

“Frank and his team worked on my mom's trellis which looks beautiful! They were very professional, easy to work and communicate with. I dealt more with Margaret who was always very nice and helpful and very responsive. Great company and would definitely recommend them!”

“Our HOA needed to give our community a new facelift including new stairs. Everything looks great and we are so happy with their work. We highly recommend them!!! Super easy to work with and an amazing team of workers.”

“Straightforward, professional, easy to work with. Particularly fabulous about Frank is his detailed estimates: he specs actual fixtures in detail, so you can google them and know exactly what you're getting. Margaret in the office has a good color sense and can help with design ideas. CBI is the way contracting SHOULD be done.”

“We are very satisfied with all the renovation and remodeling work Complete Builders did on our home. Every part of the month-long project was well-planned and completed on schedule. Everyone was professional, respectful, highly skilled and easy to communicate with.”

“I highly recommend Complete Builders. Frank, the owner, and his assistant Margaret were a pleasure to work with. Their communication was above and beyond keeping me updated with each step. They went above and beyond and assisted with additional punch list items at the end.”

“We contracted with CBI to convert part of our house to an ADU. Frank and his team were great to work with. They were reliable, professional, communicated well and did a fantastic job. I will definitely ask CBI to do more work in the future.”

“CBI did an outstanding job on our recent MBR/MBATH remodel! My first impression was the very detailed estimate that Frank provided. It was 8 pages long — while other estimates were just a final number without any detail. It was an obvious choice to choose CBI and they exceeded my expectation.”

“We just completed a contract with CBI for a kitchen remodel and floor replacement throughout the house. Frank and his team were a pleasure to work with. CBI was very fair and helped keep costs down. They are honest professionals that get the job done.”

“Just finished our second bathroom remodel with Complete Builders! Once again, a fantastic job. First one went so well a few years back we knew exactly where to go for the second bathroom. Highly recommend!”

“Had a great experience with Frank, Margaret, and the rest of the team at CBI. We upgraded our pergola to create a true outdoor living space and are in love with the finished result. All around great experience, good people, would 100% recommend and will most certainly use again.”

“Frank and company installed a deck for me. The result is fabulous and the workers were reliable, timely, considerate, clean and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend their work!”

“Frank and Margaret helped us renovate a 3-bedroom townhouse. They were very communicative throughout the entire process, giving me updates frequently — highly appreciated since I lived out of town during the renovation. Already planning on using them again.”

“I can't recommend this company too highly. Frank Megura told us how he could support the house while replacing the wood and gave us a quote that was much less than I feared. His workmen were inventive professionals and finished the job in one day. We will certainly use them again.”

“I am so happy we went with CBI to do our bathroom renovation! My favorite part of working with them was their really high level of communication. Frank was always available for a call to talk out any orders or next steps. I would definitely use them again in the future.”
